Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of FindCasesEasily (findcaseseasily.com), operated by Bot Buddy LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a payment, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

FindCasesEasily provides:

• Discovery of Indian Supreme Court and High Court case metadata, listings, and public archive records;
• Structured case views, summaries, and research tools powered by automation and AI;
• Paid services including full case analysis, legal issue research briefs, and chamber retainer plans;
• Links and references to official court sources and sister legal services.

The platform is a legal research and intelligence tool. It is not a law firm, court registry, or substitute for professional legal advice. AI-generated outputs are assistive and must be independently verified before use in filings, advice, or proceedings.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. Access & Paid Services

4.1 Standard access

Basic search, court browsing, archive access, and selected practice tools are available on the platform, subject to fair-use limits we may apply to protect platform stability. Account features and downloadable Case Records require a paid unlock or Unlimited plan where applicable.

4.2 Pay-as-you-go

Paid deliverables (Complete Case from ₹149; Unlimited subscription plans) are billed per order or billing interval. Prices are displayed before checkout and may change for future orders; confirmed orders honour the price shown at payment.

4.3 Retainer plans

Monthly chamber retainer plans (from ₹4,999/month) renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund timelines on unused prepaid periods.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and supported methods (UPI, cards, net banking, and other methods Razorpay enables). By paying, you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the selected amount. GST invoices are issued where applicable. Failed or disputed payments may suspend access to paid features until resolved.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically harvest data beyond normal human research use;
• Reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, or probe platform security;
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• Misrepresent AI outputs as official court records or guaranteed legal outcomes;
• Resell or redistribute paid deliverables without written permission;
• Use the service in violation of applicable law or court confidentiality obligations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

Court judgments and official public records remain subject to their respective sources. Our UI, branding, structured datasets, AI-generated briefs, and platform code are owned by Bot Buddy LLP or its licensors. Paid deliverables are licensed to you for internal professional use in your legal practice or research; no ownership of underlying platform IP is transferred.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular legal outcome. Case status, citations, and operative orders must be verified against official court sources. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for decisions made solely on platform outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Bot Buddy LLP's total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or operational necessity. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Siliguri, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection remedies. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes amicably.
