- 8 January 2021. 1 Ms Madhavi Divan, learned Additional Solicitor General, appears on behalf of the petitioners, with Mr Rupesh Kumar, learned counsel. 2 On behalf of the petitioners, it has been submitted that:
- 12 April 2021. No one appeared on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, despite due service. Four weeks' time, as last chance is granted to the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 to file the counter affidavit.
- 11 March 2022. Counter affidavit have already been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 7 and 9. Two weeks time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to cure the defects in IA for substitution filed in respect of deceased respondent no. 8.
- 26 April 2022. Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 7 and 9. IA for substitution alongwith other applications has been filed in respect of deceased respondent no. 8. Hence, same be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for further directions.
- 14 October 2022. The matter was called out twice, but no one has entered appearance. In the interests of justice, the matter is adjourned for two weeks.
- 7 November 2022. Abatement set aside. Delay condoned.
