- 14 October 2019. Ms. Madhavi Divan, learned ASG invited our attention to order dated 26.07.2019 passed by this Court in SLP (Civil) Diary No.22692 of 2019. In the circumstances, we pass the following order:
- 23 August 2024. The counsel for the petitioners points out that the respondent was reinstated in service on 26.02.2019 and has already reached the age of superannuation. The issue to be considered here is on the entitlement of back wages for the reinstated CISF Constable.
- 27 January 2026. Counter affidavit has already been filed by the sole respondent. Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
