- 26 September 2022. 1 The petitioner has submitted that the names of her grand father and her parents were reflected in the voter lists of 1966 and 1970. Moreover, it has been submitted that in the NRC of 2019, the names of the members of the family, including her husband, daughters and parents are reflected. 2 Delay condoned.

Counsel for Respondent No. 1 and 2 appeared before Hon'ble Court on 26.09.2022, but till date they have not filed vakalatnama as well as counter affidavit on behalf of the said respondents.
