- 25 October 2024. Issue notice returnable on 9th December, 2024. In the meanwhile, there will be stay of operation of the impugned order. We, however, make it clear that this will not prevent Official Assignee from initiating proceedings against the petitioner for recovery of the requisite amount.
- 9 December 2024. Notwithstanding the service of notice, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents. Issue fresh notice to the first respondent-Official Assignee returnable on 31 st January, 2025. The notice be forwarded to the High Court of Judicature at Madras for effecting service.
