- 11 August 2025. Delay in refiling is condoned. Issue notice returnable within four weeks.
- 8 October 2025. On joint request of the parties, we refer the matrimonial dispute to the Supreme Court Mediation Center. The parties shall virtually appear before the Coordinator of the Supreme Court Mediation Center on 16 th October, 2025 at 2.30 p.m.
- 17 December 2025. Mediation between the parties has failed. Considering the age of both the parties where the petitioner-wife is 56 years of age and the respondent husband is about 73 years of age, let the parties join on the next date of hearing through video conferencing.
- 22 January 2026. Pursuant to this Court's order dated 17 th December, 2025, the parties joined through video conferencing. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the mediation was through virtual mode only, we direct personal presence of the parties in Court, on the next date of hearing.
