- 21 March 2023. It is stated by Mr. Shailesh Madiyal, learned counsel for the petitioner that by an order dated 15.07.2013, the High Court framed an additional issue and directed the trial court to record evidence and send it back to the High Court for a wholesome consideration of the appeal on merits.
