- 2 September 2015. Service upon both the respondents is complete. Respondent No.2 is reported to have expired. Application to substitute his legal representatives though has been filed but is found defective. Defects be cured within two weeks.

The legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.2 as have been allowed to be substituted vide the order dated 14.9.2015 have yet not been served with the notice of lodgement of petition of appeal.
