- 4 February 2025. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in case bearing H.M.O.P. No.179 of 2024, titled as “Kola Satyanarayana Murthy vs. Saladi Chandrakala”, pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, Sangareddy District, Telangana.
- 14 May 2025. Sole respondent is granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit. At the end of the period aforesaid, whether counter affidavit is filed or not, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules as Hon'ble Court on 04.02.2025 directed to issue notice returnable in four weeks.
