- 15 October 2025. Two weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps and to file fresh particulars for service of sole respondent. List again on 28.11.2025.
- 28 November 2025. As per Office report, service is incomplete on sole respondent. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have taken fresh steps and also filed fresh particulars of sole respondent yesterday i.e. on 27.11.2025. Registry to verify.
