- 14 October 2022. IA No.147283/2022, which has been filed by the petitioner seeking exemption from surrendering is rejected. The petitioner is granted two weeks' time for surrendering.
- 28 November 2022. Issue notice. Prayer for interim relief is rejected at this stage.
- 13 January 2023. In terms of Hon'ble Court's Order dated 28.11.2022, Ld. Counsel for petitioner has failed to file spare copy for issuance of notice. One week's time is given to file the same.
- 13 March 2023. Delay in filing spare copies is condoned. Notice be issued to the sole respondent at the earliest.
