- 7 February 2025. Delay condoned. Our attention is drawn to Notification Nos. 179/88-CE dated 13.05.1988 and 42/94-CE dated 01.03.1994. Accordingly, it is submitted that copper blanks should be treated as covered by Tariff Heading 74.09. It is submitted that the residuary entry will only apply to finished projects.
