- 17 February 2023. Learned counsel for the appellant would point out that having regard to the expression 'or otherwise it is just' to be found in Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013, this may be a case where the said provision must be given meaning. Having regard to the developments which have taken place, issue notice.
