- 16 March 2026. In the light of the decision of this Court in “Tata Steel Ltd. v. Raj Kumar Banerjee and Ors. 1”, issue notice, returnable on Service shall be effected by all modes, including dasti.
- 6 May 2026. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5 seeks some time to file a counter affidavit. Needful shall be done within a period of two weeks from today.
