- 19 July 2024. 1. The petitioner herein was acquitted by the trial Court after trial. The High Court reversed the judgment of acquittal and has convicted the petitioner for the offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act1, 1988. He has been sentenced to one year rigorous imprisonment for the offences punishable under Sections 7,
- 9 August 2024. 1. Issue notice, returnable after four weeks. 2. Exemption from surrendering granted by this Court vide Order dated 19.07.2024, shall remain in effect till the next date of hearing.
