- 2 May 2025. Registry has pointed out a defect in the death certificate produced at Annexure-RA-1, the name of the deceased person differs from that of the respondent no.1. After going through the certificate, it only shows that it is a slight difference which can be ignored.
- 23 May 2025. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Parties are in agreement that there is only minor deviation in the name of deceased respondent no. 1 in the death certificate.
