- 28 July 2025. 1. There shall be stay of the execution proceedings till Friday (01.08.2025). Such order of stay shall stand extended till the next date of hearing, provided the petitioner deposits with the Registry a sum of Rs.7 lakh wholly without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
