- 31 August 2017. It is stated that the respondent – landlady did not disclose ownership of some other properties. It is submitted that this is a fatal error and amounts to concealment of material facts.
- 23 October 2017. The matter has been called out twice, but there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents, even though service is complete. Delay condoned.
