- 14 August 2023. Subject to deposit of Rs.25,000/- within four weeks from today in the Registry of this Court , notice be issued to the other side, returnable in four weeks. The amount so deposited shall be kept in a short term Fixed Deposit account of a nationalised Bank on auto renewal basis.
