- 13 February 2026. 1. The petitioners challenge the judgment and order dated 11.12.2025 in RCREV No. 147/2018 titled “Sardar Tirath Singh vs. Abdul Rashid(deceased) through Lrs.& Ors.” passed by the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi.
