- 23 October 2024. Issue notice returnable on 9th December, 2024. In the meanwhile, there will be stay of operation of paragraph 13 of the order dated 23 rd August, 2024 subject to condition of the appellant depositing the compensation amount in this Court on or before 2nd December, 2024.
- 9 December 2024. The amount of Rs.23,72,000/- (Rupees twenty three lakhs seventy two thousand) shall be deposited by the Registry in an interest bearing fixed deposit with any nationalized bank till further orders are passed in the appeal. Issue fresh notice to the second respondent returnable on 10th February, 2025.
