- 8 December 2017. Issue notice. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.
- 25 January 2018. Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the sole respondent. List again on 19.3.2018.
