- 15 May 2023. This matter is mentioned today. It is mentioned that the word 'submitted' be replaced with the word 'received,' in first para last line in record of proceedings dated 08.05.2023. - 25 January 2024. It is submitted that the grievance here on account of the steps taken by the Bank is only that of the guarantors for the loan and the concerned respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 have filed their counter affidavit. The borrowers (respondent Nos. 2, 6 and 7) are of course not appearing. Leave granted.
