- 12 July 2022. 1 Issue notice, returnable in twelve weeks. 2 Counter affidavit shall be filed within a period of four weeks from the date of service.
- 18 October 2022. As prayed, three weeks time, is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to serve the sole respondent, as process could not be served with remarks “insufficient address”. List again on 30.11.2022.
- 30 November 2022. Notice issued to the sole respondent, received back unserved with remarks “no such person”. As prayed dasti notice be issued at the same address or at the fresh address, if filed, within two weeks.
- 18 January 2023. The office report indicates sole respondent has already filed the counter affidavit. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.
- 16 February 2024. Leave granted. Hearing expedited.
