- 15 December 2025. 1. Learned counsel for the respondents are at liberty to file the counter-affidavit within four weeks' from today. In the meanwhile, there shall be interim protection namely no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner till the next date of hearing. Petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation.
