- 16 December 2024. Issue notice returnable within four weeks. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in HMA No. 682/2024 titled as “ Prakash Verma vs. Aushree Verma ” pending before the Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi.
- 23 April 2025. Four weeks time, is granted to sole respondent to file counter affidavit. After the expiry of four weeks, let the matter be listed before the Hon'ble Court, as the Hon'ble Court on 16.12.2024 has directed to issue notice returnable in four weeks.
